Position: Workforce Management Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess daily staffing requirements and assign staff to gaming tables (open/closed) accordingly.
- Assist with onboarding new employees as needed
- Organize coordinate and manage work schedules and rotations for gaming tables ensuring smooth operations and optimal attendance
- Partner with HR and Team Managers to manage timeoff requests approve schedules and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing needs
- Prepare daily staffing reports verify work hours and timeoff requests address schedule discrepancies and handle administrative tasks as assigned by Supervisors or Management
- Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure sufficient coverage across all business units
- Monitor employee attendance ensuring compliance with schedules and regulatory standards
- Prepare and manage rotation schedules for incoming shifts ensuring smooth transitions between shifts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Strong ability to efficiently manage schedules rotations and staffing needs
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced with workforce management software.
- At least 6 months in a similar role with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Open to working flexible shifts within a 24/7 schedule
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to staffing and scheduling
