Job Description
As a Revenue Analyst/Project Specialist you will optimize revenue growth at the hotel level through advanced analytics and strategic pricing. Your role involves managing the seamless integration of new hotels into the portfolio implementing ecommerce and demand strategies and collaborating with teams to enhance performance ensuring longterm success for the company.

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Weekends Off
Work Setup: Hybrid Bogot
Your Daily Tasks
- Assist in developing and implementing systems standards and practices.
- Develop and oversee tactical pricing and yield management strategies.
- Implement ecommerce channels and demand trends into actionable strategies.
- Manage the seamless integration of new hotels into the company s portfolio.
- Act as a project manager to ensure timely and effective execution of strategies.
- Manage extranets and maintain strong relationships with market managers.
- Conduct competitive analyses on thirdparty channels regularly.
- Ensure accurate and uptodate GDS data.
- Handle the timely loading of rates and codes.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with thirdparty revenue management partners on inventory and pricing.
- Provide accurate 30 60 and 90 day forecasting.
- Assist the Operations team in creating and finalizing annual hotel budgets.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports as required.
- Participate in revenue meetings to drive strategic discussions.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to optimize transient group revenue and website marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty revenue management teams.
- Lead revenue management data creation and strategies for new hotels and franchise conversions.
- Act as General Manager for new hotel openings transitions or vacancies when needed.
- Be available for occasional travel though most duties can be performed remotely.
