Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and datadriven Social Media Specialist to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies managing engagement optimizing campaigns and leveraging analytics to maximize brand reach and performance. This role requires a blend of creativity strategic thinking and technical expertise in social media management and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms such as YouTube TikTok Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter.
Create curate and schedule engaging content including text images and videos that aligns with brand identity.
Monitor and engage with followers responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community growth.
Repurpose longform content such as YouTube videos into smaller engaging pieces for various platforms (experience with CapCut is a plus).
Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics MetaBusiness Suite and SEMrush providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
Collaborate with marketing design and content teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends platform updates and industry best practices.
Assist in developing and enforcing social media policies and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience using tools like MetaBusiness Suite Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Experience with paid media management across Meta Google TikTok and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Haves
Content Creation & Design: Experience with Canva Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or Premiere Pro.
Video Editing: Experience using tools like CapCut for repurposing content across platforms.
Automation & Workflow Tools: Experience with Zapier Airtable or Make is a plus.
SEO & Content Marketing: Understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search and engagement.
Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Slack Trello or other CRM/project management tools.
AI Integration: Experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation and optimization.
Only candidates who achieve an 80 or higher score on assessments will be considered.
