Job Title: Project Management Assistant Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
Were seeking a Project Management Assistant with expertise in lead generation and automation tools to support our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized techsavvy and proactive in optimizing workflows. You will work closely with the Project Manager to implement lead generation campaigns manage automation workflows and enhance processes using AIpowered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead generation campaign setup and monitoring across client accounts
- Help maintain and optimize workflow automation systems
- Track campaign metrics and prepare client performance reports
- Document processes and create standardized operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members and clients across time zones
- Experiment with and implement new AI tools and automation solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Located in the Americas (for time zone alignment)
- English proficiency
- Detailoriented and highly organized
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Reliable internet connection
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce GHL Zapier Make.com)
- Experience with project management platforms (Airtable Notion)
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics
