Job Title: Vendor Billing Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Vendor Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices managing vendor accounts and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This role requires strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and fluency in English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Vendor Billing Specialist your job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Act as quality control for the vendor invoice data processing through our proprietary software platform Discovery.
- Communicate via phone and email with third parties using professional and concise language to gather credits and additional data points based on inaccurate billing data.
- In partnership with our operations and development teams act as a knowledgeable resource for Discovery users and assist with any intermittent issues.
- Ensure data meets quality standards.
- Download invoices from websites for review.
- Occasional review of contracts to ensure customer has been billed based on allowable charges.
- Provide valuable feedback to our software development team to improve our software and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other financial software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
