What Youll Do:
- Staff Allocation: Assess daily staffing needs and assign staff to gaming tables efficiently.
- Scheduling Excellence: Organize coordinate and manage work schedules and rotations for smooth operations.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Collaborative Partnering: Work with HR and Team Managers to manage timeoff requests approve schedules and meet staffing needs.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare staffing reports verify work hours address schedule discrepancies and handle administrative tasks.
- Planning & Compliance: Develop and maintain staffing plans while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Shift Monitoring: Oversee attendance and manage shift rotations for smooth transitions between shifts.
What You Bring:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules rotations and staffing needs effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce management software.
- Experience: At least 6 months in a similar role with a track record of working independently and handling multiple tasks.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 schedule.
- Labor Law Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations related to staffing and scheduling.
