Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9AM 6PM EST (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time)
Includes 1 hour unpaid break

We are a growing family medicine clinic serving the local community in New York. Our focus is providing exceptional care and service to our patients. As we prepare to open our doors we are looking for a talented medical receptionist to join our team.
Job Description
As our medical receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our patients welcoming them scheduling appointments answering questions and ensuring excellent service. We need someone passionate about patient care with great communication skills.
Responsibilities
Answer calls received with professionalism and with excellent customer service
Schedule confirm and update appointments in the EMR system
Triage phone calls and messages directing to appropriate staff
Collect paperwork and assist with checkin/checkout process
Maintain patient files test results and records
Assist in general medically related admin duties
Requirements
2 years experience as a medical receptionist or in a patientfacing healthcare role
Warm caring personality with exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with EMR systems
Comfortable with the possibility of shifting schedules in the future
Experience in insurance verification and paperwork is an advantage
Looking for an Englishspeaking and a SpanishEnglish bilingual medical receptionist
