As an Appointment Setter you ll be the driving force behind our client s business development efforts. Responsibilities:
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to potential clients showcasing strong English communication skills
- Engage decisionmakers in compelling conversations identifying their needs and pain points
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team setting the foundation for successful deals
- Manage and nurture leads through effective followup and relationshipbuilding techniques
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions in the company s CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
- Adapt communication styles to suit various industries and decisionmaker personalities
Requirements
- English and Spanish fluency with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in cold calling appointment setting or similar outbound sales roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
- Resilience and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with performance metrics focused on appointment setting and conversion rates
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing training to enhance cold calling and sales techniques
