Job Description
FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay
- Answer phones and assist customers in making altering or canceling reservations
- Respond to emails with reservation information confirmations and additional details
- Answer questions regarding rooms facilities rates
- Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
- Sending paypal link paymaya and or bank transfers guest
- Assist the guest in booking transportation
- Handle bookings
- Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Any vocational or Bachelors degree holder
- Related work experience
- Good communications skills
- Knowledge with OTA extranext
- Amenable to work in Boracay
- Can start immediately
