As a Customer Service Agent you will provide toptier support to our valued customers ensuring their queries and issues are resolved professionally and efficiently. Your expertise in wagering or iGaming will be an asset as you navigate productrelated inquiries and foster customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in English and Mandarin through live chat and email.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries offering expert assistance with wagering and iGamingrelated issues.
  • Utilise your industry knowledge to provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.
  • Document and update customer interactions in our system accurately.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and updates to enhance customer support.

What Were Looking For
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in wagering iGaming or online gaming customer support is essential.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to address and resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • TechSavvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting. Experience in the wagering/betting industry is highly regarded. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally convey information through writing and speaking. Effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure. Competent in using computer systems and software, capable of fast and accurate typing. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, on a 24/7 roster.
