- With 30minute paid break in between

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be primarily handling phone support but should also excel in chat and email communication. The role requires excellent communication skills a customercentric attitude and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Phone Support: Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Chat Support: Manage realtime customer interactions through chat providing quick and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Email Support: Handle customer emails promptly and professionally offering solutions and assistance as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the companys CRM system maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with product information company policies and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attitude: Customercentric attitude with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and capable of quickly learning new software and tools.
- Availability: Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently.
