We specialize in creating scalable highperformance Shopify themes that enhance user experiences and empower businesses to grow. As we expand we re looking for a talented and dedicated Technical Customer Support Agent to join our team.

Role Overview: We re looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional support to our clients using Shopify themes. The ideal candidate has excellent written English skills a knack for technical writing and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat and support tickets in clear professional English.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify themes.

  • Communicate identified bugs and their status clearly to clients.

  • Draft and maintain comprehensive technical documentation FAQs and user guides for our themes.

  • Collaborate with the development and design teams to provide accurate solutions and relay customer feedback.

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance our themes and support processes.

  • Stay alert for major issues that may impact multiple clients and escalate as necessary.

  • Optimize support efficiency by streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities for automation.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Shopify themes and functionality to provide toptier support.



Requirements


  • Excellent English Skills: Exceptional written communication skills including grammar spelling and technical clarity.

  • Technical Writing Proficiency: Ability to create and update userfriendly technical documentation.

  • ProblemSolving Ability: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Shopify Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify themes Liquid (Shopify s templating language) and basic frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript).

  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.

  • CustomerCentric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support preferably in ecommerce or SaaS industries.

What You Will Do: Shopify Development: Lead the front-end development of Shopify stores, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and performant solutions. Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, contribute to team success, and drive excellence in all projects. Strategic Contributions: Work closely with clients to develop and implement innovative e-commerce strategies. Tech Stack: Work with Shopify Liquid, Shopify APIs, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and other related technologies. Who We re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on web development experience. Applications with less experience will not be considered. Shopify Expertise: At least 2 years of direct experience in Shopify development, including mastery of Liquid, Shopify APIs, and theme customization. Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), Liquid, Node.js, Webpack, Git, and GraphQL. Plus Skills: Experience with React, Next.js, headless e-commerce, and e-commerce marketing is highly desirable. Adaptable Learner: Keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
