We are seeking engineers who are comfortable operating in an early startup environment with unknowns someone who can come in and contribute to the most important thing we do bring new customers on board. Objectives of this Role Execute trial and final migrations bringing data from practices into our HIPAAcompliant demo and production systems in order to launch new customers on the Archy platform Develop a deep understanding of the migration process and tooling Debug issues in real time deciding when to escalate to the rest of the team Generate and improve documentation based on project requirements and company standards Implement and improve tools and standards that help the team accelerate safely Document successes and challenges with an eye towards building tooling to alleviate the challenges in subsequent projects Meet our quality standards in your own work while also providing detailed feedback for your coworkers Develop train and educate junior folks as needed to facilitate their participation in the migration process Provide feedback on potential nextgeneration solutions to further automate the migration processes Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering or demonstrated equivalent work experience Experience using and improving inhouse Windows command line utilities or equivalent in C# PowerShell and Bash Understand relational database design and SQL Experience in developing applications in a cloud environment like AWS Understand the full development lifecycle including source version control unit testing CI/CD etc. Strong focus on quality (testing stability completeness) Strong customer focus people will be betting their businesses on our ability to consistently deliver Able to incorporate constructive feedback about communication technical contributions and every other part of the job Able to provide constructive feedback to coworkers in a respectful and understanding manner Must respect the parts of the team culture that every other member brings to the table
