Position Title: Backend Developer
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Mon Fri 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 60000.00 Php 70000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BACKEND DEVELOPER:
Our client is a trailblazer in early wildfire detection systems setting the global standard for wildfire management and prevention. With proven success in Australia their groundbreaking solution leverages cuttingedge deep machine learning algorithms to analyze realtime groundbased camera data. This innovative system identifies bushfires within minutes enabling swift response and saving lives property and the environment. As a Backend Developer you will play a pivotal role in advancing our client s worldclass wildfire detection technology. Collaborating with a talented team of engineers you ll have the opportunity to design develop and optimize scalable backend systems that process and analyze critical data. This role offers an excellent platform to enhance your technical skills while contributing to a solution that has a direct and meaningful impact on communities and ecosystems worldwide.
Your Responsibilities as a Backend Developer would be:
Design develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI framework
Develop and implement RESTful APIs to expose functionality to frontend applications
Collaborate with frontend developers to define and implement API endpoints
Integrate machine learning models into backend systems
Write clean welldocumented and efficient code
Troubleshoot and debug backend issues
Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in backend development
Qualifications as a Backend Developer:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Experience with PostgreSQL or any database
Experience with Python language
Junior o Entry Level of Experience
Strong proficiency in Python programming language
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Strong problemsolving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
