Full Scale is a software development staff augmentation leader recognized for its exceptional culture and commitment to employee and client success. We are currently looking for a Front React Developer. This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Develop new userfacing features using React.js utilizing concepts such as Virtual DOM JSX and React Hooks to create efficient and dynamic UI components
Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Stay uptodate on emerging technologies and trends in frontenddevelopment
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development
Proficient in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
