JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To liaise with Senior Govt. Officials and other agencies like CQA(I)/ NABL/ QCI/ ETDC/ NPL/ Other Accreditation and registration agencies pertaining to our product line and good relationship management with potential officials.
2. Monitoring document submission material delivery execution billing and commissioning schedule for all projects.
3. Reviewing installation performance trials system layouts and checks of main and auxiliary machinery and preparing documents for the same for all projects.
4. Experience with ERP software particularly SAP Business One will be an added advantage.
Requirements
The job responsibilities include:
1. Overall direction and guidance to all the Project Production and Support service activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as daytoday leadership and management to the department.
2. Responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness by carrying out timely support/ AMC activities as per the Supply Orders and also provide leadership for the organizations technical/functional / financial functions.
3. Meeting Negotiating and finalizing high value AMCs with potential vendors/ clients and strategy tie ups with top management/Decision makers of the organizations.
4. Approval and Presenting Technical Solutions for Major Projects/ Key Accounts and Supporting Sales Team with alternate Solutions and ensure smooth interface and handover between Support Project and Productions
5. Leading the Production & Plant operations for as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and targets set including Repairs & Maintenance activities.
6. Meeting/ Negotiation and final decision for strategic tie ups with potential OEMs for in house / Outsource components/ Equipment as per requirements.
7. Monitoring and Ensuring implementation and correct documentations required in the standards i.e. NABL Mil grade JSS 55555 IS10236 and other accreditation of Thermal and night vision devices at Noida Factory as per manufacturing requirements.
equirements Design and create captivating motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.). Develop project concepts, layouts, and design plans for motion graphics. Deliver motion graphics in different media formats including web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with art and creative teams to understand the project scope and objectives. Select audio, video, colors, and animations to enhance the overall graphic design. Work closely with editors, producers, and designers to troubleshoot and resolve design issues. Add visual effects and elements to elevate motion graphics. Research and apply the latest design techniques to create cutting-edge motion graphics. Participate in brainstorming sessions to offer new design perspectives and creative ideas. Follow best practices for version control, file naming conventions, and the organization of graphic files. Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and techniques. Ensure all designs adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.
Education
Required Skills (Primary): Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Additional Skills (Secondary): Proficiency in interactive media software, including 3D animation and high-end digital design tools. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently.
