Job Description – IT CoOrdinator

Qualification: Any Graduate With Basic Hardware and Networking knowledge

Location: Chennai Ahmedabad Hyderabad Bangalore

We are seeking skilled IT Coordinators to join our team and take responsibility for maintaining our information technology systems and networks. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our ongoing projects.

Experience: 1.54 years. Should have worked on Hardware and Networking or Desktop profile for 2 yrs.

As an IT Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating between the engineers and the end clients informing and updating time to the end service user. You as IT coordinators will connect with Ground engineers and managers to track the call / tickets. You must have knowledge of software hardware and networks. You will be responsible for performing both technical and administrative tasks requiring critical thinking and problemsolving skills with great attention to detail. Effective end user support and teamwork are vital components of this role so excellent communication and people skills are required to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
  • Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.
  • Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
  • Act as link between end users and higherlevel support
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers network cards etc.)
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.
  • Hands on IT Asset Management.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven Experience as IT coordinator or similar role
  • Must have Coordination experience.
  • Must have exposure to any ticketing tool.
  • Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated.
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Customer mail documentation.
  • Part inward and Outward Maintain tracker.
  • RMA Process & Maintain Tracker in Excel sheet & Google Sheet.
  • Engineer followup in daily basic for each call (JETKING & VENDOR FSE).
  • Handover Parts to Engineers & Received back Parts from Engineers on daily basic Maintain tracker.
