Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Collaborate with designers photographers and copywriters for campaign development.
- Respond to comments messages and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Monitor user feedback and address queries or complaints professionally.
- Track and report on social media metrics such as engagement reach and conversions.
- Use analytics to optimize performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches events and promotions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends tools and best practices.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
