We are partnering with a Leading Food Manufacturer offering a diverse range of food products in the Region. They are looking for a Proficient and experienced B2B Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh and play a pivotal role in their B2B sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand market share and drive growth in the food manufacturing industry.
- Identify key growth opportunities including new market segments and large B2B clients (distributors retailers etc.).
- Drive sales efforts through existing client relationships and new business acquisition.
2. Account Management and Relationship Building:
- Manage and nurture relationships with highvalue clients in the foodservice and retail sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers ensuring longterm partnerships.
- Provide proactive customer service to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction leading to repeat business.
3. Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Generate new business leads through cold calling networking and attending relevant industry events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and follow through with targeted outreach.
4. Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:
- Leverage advanced knowledge of the companys products and industry standards to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Present product offerings to clients understanding their needs and providing valueadded solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends competitor activities and emerging consumer preferences in the food industry.
5. Negotiation and Closing Sales:
- Lead negotiations on contracts pricing and service agreements with business clients.
- Use advanced sales techniques to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing profitability for the company.
- Handle objections with effective problemsolving strategies and adjust proposals to meet client needs.
6. Market Research and Reporting:
- Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
- Provide management with regular updates on sales performance client feedback and market developments.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and track progress against sales targets.
7. Collaboration Across Departments:
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with the finance team for contract terms payment schedules and invoicing processes.
- Support product development teams by providing feedback from clients on new product requirements and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience specifically in the food manufacturing or related sectors (e.g. food distribution FMCG etc.).
- Proven track record of success in sales and managing business accounts with a focus on driving revenue and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate effectively with both local and international clients.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the Saudi food sector.
