Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


In this position, you will actively seek out and engage customers prospects to boost up growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning sales continuously to grow sales in designated territory and customers by maintaining relationships with current customers and penetrating new customers in the market.
Achieve assigned sales target by promoting and selling company’s product and ensure after sales services.
Handle customer issues and resolve observations whenever possible or escalate them to the responsible manager to ensure they are dealt with effectively.
Assist in market research, market analysis and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and propose marketing plan and activities accordingly.
Prepare reports on closing activities, follow-up and growth against targets.
Develop and maintain customers’ database for high standard customer service and sales growth.
Assist in promotional and special marketing initiatives to promote the brand of the company.
. Key Account Management:
Roles:

Manage and nurture relationships with the company’s most important and high-value customers.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the key accounts' business needs, challenges, and goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the accounts.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Anticipate and address client needs, resolving issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and track the performance of key accounts, ensuring they receive the right products and services on time.


Desired candidate profile


High School level education or Bachelor is a plus or related equivalent education level.
+1 year of related experience preferably in FMCG sector
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Roles:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each key account.
Ensure that sales targets for key accounts are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales plans that align with the key account's objectives.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to key accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Track and manage sales progress for each key account, ensuring that sales targets and milestones are achieved.
Create and present proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of key accounts.
Client Retention and Satisfaction:
Roles:

Focus on long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that key accounts continue to see value in the relationship with the company.
Responsibilities:

Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that the company delivers on promises made during the sales process, providing consistent service and product quality.
Implement loyalty programs or special offers to enhance customer retention.
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any post-sales issues promptly and effectively.
