Our client is a wellestablished multistate physical therapy practice based in Kansas dedicated to providing exceptional care to their patients across various locations. They are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized possess excellent communication skills and be eager to contribute to their growing marketing and recruiting efforts.
As a Marketing Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the practice s marketing recruiting and administrative activities. You will work closely with the marketing and sales leadership teams to manage tasks organize projects and maintain the smooth operation of marketing campaigns including social media print materials and online initiatives. You ll also be responsible for tracking and organizing marketing efforts and assisting with event coordination online reviews and competitor research.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Recruiting Organization:
Track and organize all marketing and recruiting activities in the CRM and Excel spreadsheets.
Frequently reach out to individuals on Teams to update or ensure tasks are completed.
Help manage timelines and ensure that marketing and recruiting tasks are on track.
Ordering and Organizing Marketing Materials:
Work with marketing and sales leaders to order brochures business cards and other marketing materials.
Schedule photo shoots and various marketing activities.
Organize mailings and maintain physical therapy licensure lists for each state.
Project Management:
Organize and manage multiple marketing and recruiting initiatives primarily through Excel and other systems.
Handle some light data entry and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate frequently with team members through Teams messages and video calls to manage tasks and updates.
Researching Competitors:
Conduct research on competitor websites social media and other online platforms.
Gather information on how competitors are marketing their services and recruiting talent.
Stay uptodate with trends in the physical therapy industry and recruitment methods.
Social Media Management:
Post basic content on Facebook and Instagram.
Assist with marketing campaigns and social media content creation.
Monitor and engage with comments and online reviews.
Additional Marketing Tasks:
Organize events workshops and other promotional activities.
Maintain and update information on the clinic s website.
Provide support for app and web development projects.
Analyze data to assist with decisionmaking for future campaigns.
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:
Handle gift shopping and other researchrelated tasks for team members or clients.
Support time management and document handling tasks as needed.

Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks projects and deadlines.
Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating clearly and effectively via Teams messages emails and video calls.
Proficiency in Excel: Experience organizing and tracking information in spreadsheets.
Open to Learning/Progressing: Eagerness to grow and learn new skills in the marketing and recruiting fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Basic experience with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Previous experience with CRM systems and organizing marketing campaigns is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Experience in healthcare or physical therapy marketing is a plus but not required.
