This is a remote position.
Client Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels including email LinkedIn and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Utilize tools such as Apollo.io LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Effectively manage client relationships and track all sales activities using CRM tools like Zoho Pipedrive and Google Workspace.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs industry trends and competitive landscape to develop strategic approaches.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to draft and present customized proposals to clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics ensuring targets are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with client requirements and company goals.
Proven experience in business development within a recruitment firm or staffing agency.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho Pipedrive and Google Workspace.
Handson experience with lead generation tools Sales Navigator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisionmakers.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a parttime capacity.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Reliable highspeed internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace at home.
Availability to work a morningafternoon shift in PST.
Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry trends.
Experience in proposal writing and client presentations.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies for lead generation.
Flexible parttime schedule (5 hours/day).
