Actively lead the Corporate segments financial and administrative activities being manage and coordinate with all group required arrangements
Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
Provides aftersales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated followup action
Negotiates prices with the clients
Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotels computer/data processing system
Qualifications :
Minimum 23 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager
Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
