Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Activation Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for strategizing planning and executing marketing activations that drive brand awareness consumer engagement and product adoption. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Activation Strategy Development: Create and implement activation strategies tailored to target audiences driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute onground digital and experiential marketing activations to increase brand visibility and engage potential customers.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitive activities to inform and optimize activation initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Sales and Creative teams to ensure activations are aligned with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage activation budgets ensuring costefficiency while achieving campaign goals.
- Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and negotiate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand presence and align with marketing objectives.
- Measurement and Reporting: Track measure and report the effectiveness of activations using datadriven insights to refine future strategies.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador during events and activations ensuring the highest level of professionalism and consistency in brand messaging.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing KOL Management Influencer Marketing or related fields.
- Experienced in handling marketing team is a must.
- Experienced in activation event execution is a must.
- Beauty experiences is a must.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with a preference for candidates with experience in beauty or consumer goods.
- Uptodate knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and creative skills.
- Datadriven mindset with a keen understanding of metrics.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Must be able to work fulltime in South Jakarta.
- Immediate availability and readiness to comply with fulltime office hours (9:30 AM 7:00 PM).
