Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools network services and telecommunication related needs. Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Manager specializing in Digital Power solutions with a strong Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) background. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the Oil & Gas AgroIndustry and Power Generation sectors by identifying new opportunities fostering strategic relationships and promoting our cuttingedge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market segments promote tailored solutions and drive revenue growth across targeted regions and industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with Clevel executives including CEOs and CTOs in EPCrelated industries.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement effective sales strategies for vertical and horizontal industry markets.
  • Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing highvalue deals.
  • Business Plan Execution: Implement established business plans to achieve corporate objectives and align with overall company strategy.
  • Solution Selling: Present and promote Huawei Data Center product solutions to partners and customers.
  • Customer Insights & Solutions Development: Independently gather customer insights create tailored solutions and manage the bidding and quotation process.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and provide knowledgesharing opportunities to solution sales team members to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Mechanical Engineering or Business Management.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development sales or account management with a proven track record in the EPC sector.
  • EPC Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within the EPC industry including highlevel engagement with CEOs/CTOs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Skilled in negotiation and presentation.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment while also working independently to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong learning ability with a passion for acquiring new technological knowledge and adapting to innovative product offerings.
  • Networking and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities to foster trust with customers and partners.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Oil & Gas AgroIndustry or Power Generation sectors.
