Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a flair for creative and analytical marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels focusing on increasing awareness consideration and conversion.
- Utilize data analytics to identify the best content promotion trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer reach and drive sales.
- Craft and manage compelling content for social media platforms especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Project and analyze marketing campaign growth and ROI in collaboration with the product and business development teams.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by determining effective content promotion trends creating content angles briefing and reviewing performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing KOL Management Influencer Marketing or related fields.
- Experienced in handling marketing team is a must.
- Beauty experiences is a must.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency with TikTok Instagram and Affiliate marketing.
- Previous experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a plus.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with a preference for candidates with experience in beauty or consumer goods.
- Uptodate knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and creative skills.
- Datadriven mindset with a keen understanding of metrics.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Must be able to work fulltime in Mega Kuningan South Jakarta.
- Immediate availability and readiness to comply with fulltime office hours (9:30 AM 7:00 PM).
