requirements and provide welldocumented solutions. You work closely with

project teams or software vendors. Additionally you support users in

applying business applications and transfer your knowledge through

education instructions and demonstrations. You are responsible for

resolving issues and incidents related to primary business applications (IT

landscape). This involves modifying applications based on changing

functional or technical user requirements or addressing identified errors.
