Job Description
3D Visualizer
1. Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects
2. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
3. Prepare 3D rendered perspective and 2d environment for presentation
4. Provide views for architectural plan both interior and exterior design.
5. Responsible for the preparation of the schematic design
6. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
7. Assisting with planning decisions
8. Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer generated
imagery)
9. Working with industrystandard design tools and programs
10. Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
11. Keeping up to date with relevant software advances
12. Layout and plans presentations
Software Knowledge: 3D MAX (VRAY) AUTOCAD ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ADOBE
AFTER EFFECTS ADOBE PREMIERE PRO
