Job Description
Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Summary:
We are looking for talented and experienced Interior Designers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in interior space planning design execution and project management. The role involves working on a variety of projects with a preference for experience in healthcarerelated interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional interior designs based on client requirements.
- Expertise in layout color schemes lighting materials selection and custom furniture.
- Prepare design concepts sketches and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively.
- Use AutoCAD SketchUp 3D Max Illustrator or other design programs to develop project plans.
- Coordinate with architects contractors and vendors for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards building codes and safety regulations.
- Present design proposals and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire execution process from conception to completion ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Stay up to date with new design trends materials and technologies in the industry.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate project progress making necessary adjustments.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of space planning furniture selection and color coordination.
- Handson experience with AutoCAD SketchUp 3D Max Illustrator and other design software.
- Artistic ability creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and project teams.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in healthcare projects is preferred.
