Overview
The Ophthalmologist Phaco Surgeon at Max Vision will play a crucial role in providing highquality eye care services in Tamil Nadu. This position involves performing advanced cataract surgeries using phacoemulsification techniques to restore vision and improve the quality of life for patients. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology.
- Board certification in Ophthalmology is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cataract surgery.
- Proven experience in performing phacoemulsification surgeries.
- Strong understanding of ocular pharmacology and surgical techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
- License to practice medicine in Tamil Nadu.
- Strong ethical standards and patient advocacy.
- Available for flexible working hours including weekends as needed.
