Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and driven Appointment Setter to handle outbound calls schedule client appointments and manage leads. Responsibilities include making calls booking appointments coordinating with consultants and performing administrative tasks as needed. Strong communication skills and knowledge of geographical and logistics terms are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make 100150 calls per week to prospective and existing clients.
Appointment Scheduling: Book approximately 45 highquality appointments weekly for move consultants.
Lead Management: Track manage and qualify leads to ensure they meet business objectives and align with the needs of the move consultants.
Geographical Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of geographical locations interstate routes and freight/moving industry terminology to communicate with clients effectively.
Coordination: Collaborate with the move consultants to ensure scheduled appointments are properly documented and followed up.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned to enhance team productivity.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service sales or appointment setting is preferred.
Familiarity with logistics geographical regions freight and moving terms is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to meet weekly call and appointment goals while maintaining a professional attitude.
