Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be a driving force behind the companys growth by identifying and acquiring new customers. You will focus on outbound sales activities building pipelines and generating net new monthly revenue. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships.



  • Research and identify potential customers (telecom resellers MSPs WISPs independent telecom providers).

  • Initiate outreach via cold calls emails and LinkedIn messages.

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand customers needs and qualify opportunities.

  • Qualify prospects and convert them into real opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Manage and nurture customer portfolios and ensure consistent cumulative revenue growth.

  • Efficiently forecast new revenue acquisition.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and align on messaging.

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.

  • Ensure client onboarding with the help of various internal teams

  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to address complex customer requirements.




Requirements

  • 1 3 years in sales business development (B2B) or similar roles (preferably in SaaS/Telecom industries).

  • Speak English fluently.

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Being organized and meticulous

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce HubSpot Apollo.io or similar CRM and prospecting tools.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

  • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills.

  • Knowledge of VoIP technologies or experience selling telecom solutions.

  • Familiarity with the target markets: telecom resellers MSPs WISPs.

  • Bachelor s degree in business communications or a related field.

  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and driven to succeed.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.

  • Adaptability to a fastpaced evolving industry.

  • Maintain harmonious interpersonal communications.
