Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates for both active and passive talent pools. Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards social media professional networks and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively identify and engage with candidates nurturing longterm relationships.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends salary benchmarks and key sourcing strategies for specialized roles.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and new sourcing tools.
- Partner closely with internal recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs provide insights into talent availability and create sourcing strategies tailored to the role.
- Build and maintain relationships with external talent pools including passive candidates recruitment agencies and online talent communities.
- Support the initial screening of candidates by reviewing resumes conducting initial outreach and assessing candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Advocate and enhance the company s employer brand by promoting its values culture and career opportunities through various channels. Develop targeted campaigns to attract toptier candidates.
- Ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to sourcing focusing on attracting a broad range of qualified candidates from varied backgrounds.
- Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics including candidate engagement timetofill costperhire and sourcing effectiveness.
- Analyze data to continuously improve sourcing strategies and decisionmaking.
- Regularly assess and improve sourcing methods and techniques to ensure the team is leveraging the latest tools platforms and trends to attract top talent efficiently.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sourcing team members sharing best practices and strategies for success in talent acquisition.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing with at least 2 years in a senior or specialized role within recruitment.
- Preferably with minimum of 2 years tenure in an outsourcing / offshoring / BPO / RPO company.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates for a variety of roles including hardtofill positions.
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search ATS systems job boards social media platforms).
Skills:
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing strategies including passive candidate recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies preferably Zoho Recruit
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Strong experience in data management maintenance and generation
- Strong excel experience
