Requirements
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee test preparation operations ensuring optimal class attendance and participant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to enhance the quality of the learning experience.
- Resolve any operational issues efficiently to maintain a seamless process.
- Engage in effective communication with colleges to establish and strengthen relationships.
- Organize Yocket seminars to promote the brand and educational offerings.
- Conduct followups to maximize participant engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 2 years project management experience/ 3 years of sales experience
- Study abroad industry knowledge will be preferred
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail problem solving critical thinking risk management and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project management software tools.
- Able to complete projects promptly.

Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Be a good listener 1+ years of overseas education experience. Well-versed with counseling and processes for admissions for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc Willingness to learn and be humble Graduation/ Masters in Counselling or psychology will be an advantage
