Job Description
Process Monitoring: Track processes analyse data and address deviations to meet quality
objectives.
o Inspection & Testing: Perform inspections and tests and document results to identify defects.
o Root Cause Analysis: Investigate defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
o Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance processes and product quality.
o Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update quality records and generate performance
reports.
o Training & Education: Train production teams on quality standards and best practices.
o Customer Quality Support: Resolve customer complaints and participate in audits.
o CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with teams to address quality concerns and improve process
o Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks in new or modified processes.
o Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools to analyze trends and improve process quality.

Qualifications
Diploma/BE or B.tech Electrical / Electronics and Communication Engineering
Experience 3 to 8 years in electrical and electronics parts manufacturing (e.g. DCDC
converters clusters chargers motors controllers).
FunctionalSkills 8D ProblemSolving SPC GD&T PPAP FMEA MSA and 7 QC Tools
BehavioralSkills Take initiative and teamwork with a proven ability to build highperforming teams.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Clear communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail with an analytical approach to solving problems.
Expertise in chargeback management and resolving supplier issues.
Skilled in Kaizen (continuous improvement) to enhance processes.
Ability to multitask and take responsibility in a fastpaced environment
