Job Description
Conduct indepth legal research to meet client requirements.
Provide quality control (QC) and mentorship to the legal team.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the teams work.
Develop and deliver effective legal solutions for clients.
Create training manuals and resources for the team.
Requirements
Law degree (LL.B./J.D.) is mandatory; an advanced degree (LL.M.) is a plus.
1012 years of experience in legal research contract law ediscovery and contract lifecycle management.
Proficiency in working across multiple legal systems (highly preferred).
Expertise in legal research tools (e.g. LexisNexis Westlaw).
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Strong critical thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to deal with evolving project scopes and priorities.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Flexibility to travel to Kenya (with assistance).

4+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on Case Laws and Litigations Possess a bachelor s or master s degree in law. Extensive knowledge of legal research tools and databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members. Strong research and analytical skills with a track record of ensuring accuracy in case laws/litigation documents. Sound critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, including oversight of junior researchers work. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and familiarity with legal research management tools. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience with managing and maintaining legal research databases and ensuring high standards of data accuracy. Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting.
