Role: Quality Analyst
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Review print and electronic content (including web content) for language punctuation readability style content flow and graphics.
- Perform quality assurance checks for various deliverables in alignment with the project scope.
- Ensure high attention to detail focusing on language accuracy content flow and graphics.
- Utilize tools and templates effectively to perform quality assurance tasks.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
- Escalate quality risks to the Project Manager promptly.
- Follow the quality assurance processes established by LDCoE.
- Address and escalate issues affecting project timelines or scope.
- Work under pressure and deliver highquality results within tight deadlines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong language awareness with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Skill in directing questions appropriately and maintaining clarity in communication.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and the ability to sustain focus.
- Capability to navigate challenging conversations effectively.
- Familiarity with courseware development tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Prezi Camtasia Articulate Presenter and Lectora is an advantage.
