Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of highquality dishes maintaining consistency and adhering to the highest standards of culinary excellence.
- Pay meticulous attention to every aspect of food preparation from selecting the finest ingredients to plating the finished dishes with precision and artistry.
- Ensure that every dish served meets our exacting standards for taste appearance and overall quality.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative and inspiring menus that showcase our culinary philosophy and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment complying with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Chef in a highquality restaurant preferably with Michelinstar experience
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and a commitment to producing exceptional dishes.
- Effectively manage your workload and prioritise tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
- Work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
