Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and targetdriven Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager to manage and grow the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business. You will be responsible for lead generation client acquisition relationship management and ensuring smooth loan processing to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for home loans and LAP.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to disbursement.
- Crosssell financial products where appropriate.
- Meet sales targets and submit regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 6month to 1 years in sales or mortgage lending ideally in Home Loans and LAP.
- Skills: Excellent communication sales and negotiation skills. Customerfocused with strong problemsolving abilities.
