Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our AI Agent platform. In this role you will be responsible for defining the product vision strategy and roadmap as well as collaborating with crossfunctional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an earlystage startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Industry Research: Stay on top of AI enterprise SaaS and emerging technology trends conducting market research to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
Customer Discovery: Engage with enterprise customers conduct user research and translate pain points into actionable product requirements.
AIDriven Innovation: Work closely with AI/ML engineers to leverage cuttingedge technologies for building scalable and reliable AI agents.
GotoMarket Execution: Partner with sales marketing and customer success teams to drive adoption and monetization of AI solutions.
Agile Execution: Lead crossfunctional teams in agile product development cycles ensuring timely and highquality releases.
What Were Looking For:
4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software (SaaS AI Enterprise Tech preferred).
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working with AIpowered products.
Experience in enterprise product development including integrations APIs and workflow automation.
Proven ability to defi ne execute and scale early stage products in fastpaced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus: Experience in AI Agents LLMs NLP or working with enterprise AI solutions.
