Need for Hr Manager for our Dairy Industry!!
Position: Hr Manager Male
Qualification : BACHELOR IN HR OR ANY EQUIVALENT DEGREE
Experience: 15 yrs strong exp in dairy industry
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :RECRUITMENT/ MANAGING THE WORKFORCE BOTH STAFF AND CL/ LIASIONINGETC.
Salary: 40000 (Based on Exp)
Languages known: English Tamil Hindi

Job Description:
- Identifying staffing needs across the dairy farm or processing plant.
- Developing job descriptions tailored to dairy operations.
- Sourcing candidates through relevant channels like agricultural job boards and local networks.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates.
- Designing comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees including safety procedures and dairy industry specific knowledge.
- Providing ongoing training on dairy production processes animal handling equipment operation and quality control standards.
- Setting clear performance expectations for employees.
- Implementing performance review processes to track employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: 60000..00 per month
