Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Programmatic Manager to join our global Paid Media team. Ideal candidates will be able to utilize their existing ad operations optimization and marketing skills and be involved in developing major client accounts as this area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth over the next two years and the candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our success.
Youll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimization reporting and insights testing and data analysis and client communication across large & complex accounts.
Responsibilities
- Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms striving to refine tactics for our clients.
- Develop insights to inform our clients strategies.
- Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
- Interface with clients through written phone and in person communication.
- Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
- Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.
- Engage deal economics media allocation and advertiser investment decisions.
- Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Programmatic advertising in an agency environment
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising specifically realtime bidding ad formats such as display video and CTV demand site platforms attribution models and associated technologies specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
- Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360 Amazon & The Trade Desk
- Experience with numerical detail analysis and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential
- Business writing skills and ability to produce highquality documents
- Demonstrate a structured way of working with the ability to cope with competing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills specifically listening consulting and influencing
- Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
