Salary Range: $130000 to $170000

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented M&A Analyst to join our team at Augmentjobs. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the M&A activities of the firm including financial modeling due diligence market analysis and preparing reports for senior management. You will work closely with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of M&A processes.
Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis modeling and valuation to support M&A transactions.

Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Perform market and industry research to support strategic decisionmaking.

Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors during the due diligence process.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential M&A opportunities.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Support the execution of M&A deals from initial stages through to closing.
Education and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Professional certifications such as CFA MBA or similar are a plus.
