Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Summer M&A Analyst to join our dynamic team for a 1012 week internship. This role offers handson experience in corporate finance mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial modeling. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and associates on various aspects of deal execution including financial analysis due diligence and client presentations. You will also gain exposure to market research industry analysis and strategic financial planning in the context of M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models and projections

Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing relevant documents

Participate in the development of presentations for client meetings

Perform industry and market research to support deal evaluations

Aid in the preparation of pitch books and other transactionrelated materials

Collaborate with the M&A team to support all stages of the transaction process
Education:
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field

Strong academic performance with relevant coursework in financial modeling corporate finance and M&A
Experience:
-
Previous internship or project experience in finance investment banking or corporate strategy is a plus but not required
