Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a skilled ECM Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a keen interest in capital markets and experience in equity capital markets (ECM) transactions. The ECM Analyst will assist with the execution of equity offerings such as initial public offerings (IPOs) followon offerings and private placements. This role involves performing financial analysis preparing presentations and pitch books conducting market research and assisting in deal structuring. The ECM Analyst will work closely with senior bankers to ensure the smooth execution of transactions while gaining exposure to a variety of capital market activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of pitch books presentations and client materials

Conduct financial analysis including valuation models and pricing

Support the execution of ECM transactions such as IPOs followons and private placements

Monitor market conditions and perform research on market trends

Collaborate with various teams within the firm including legal and compliance

Help in managing client relationships and communicate transaction details to clients

Provide due diligence support and assist with the preparation of offering documents
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field

2 to 4 years of experience in ECM investment banking or relevant financial services experience

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary Range:
$80000 to $120000 commensurate with experience
