Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&A Associate to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership on executing complex financial transactions conducting due diligence and analyzing financial data to drive strategic decisions. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to highprofile deals and expand your career in the M&A field.
Responsibilities:

Lead financial modeling valuation and due diligence efforts for mergers acquisitions and divestitures

Prepare and present financial analysis and deal structuring recommendations to clients

Coordinate with legal tax and other external advisors throughout the transaction process

Develop strategic insights to support transaction decisionmaking

Participate in client meetings and manage relationships with key stakeholders

Support junior associates and analysts in executing M&A transactions

Ensure smooth communication and transaction documentation
Skills:
Financial modeling Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and financial analysis tools
Valuation analysis Expertise in various valuation methodologies including DCF precedent transactions and comparables
Due diligence Strong experience in managing financial operational and legal due diligence processes
M&A transaction structuring Knowledge of deal structuring negotiation and execution
Client relationship management Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively with senior executives
Strategic thinking Capacity to identify strategic implications of transactions and advise clients accordingly
Project management Effective in managing multiple deals and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and client presentations
