Job Description

Job Description: Desktop Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues for endusers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop issues in a timely manner.
  • Install configure and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Assist users with account setup password resets and other userrelated inquiries.
  • Document and track issues in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to new users on software and hardware.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a service desk analyst desktop support role or similar IT position.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Working knowledge of M365 Azure Intune and Autopilot
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
