Summary:
The role involves providing advanced system support in desktop field and application environments supporting enterprise systems networks and Department of Human Assistance applications. Responsibilities:
- Operate maintain and repair IT equipment and software.
- Troubleshoot and configure desktop and network hardware/software issues.
- Provide 2nd level help desk support and respond to customer service requests.
- Assist with PC/laptop imaging setup and telework deployment.
- Perform equipment installations including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems including Windows 10 (Windows 11 is a plus).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products.
- Knowledge of imaging software and automated imaging processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Valid California Drivers License Class C.
