Job Description

We are searching for a Remote Customer Support Associate that can assist our clients with product queries in a timely efficient and polite way. The Customer Support Associate will help with client retention by handling problems and product difficulties while communicating in a professional positive manner.

You will use your multitasking abilities while listening and conversing to consumers navigating computers and typing call documentation. You will be able to quickly establish client confidence and trust. To be successful in this profession you must be able to retain a solid understanding of products and services while also communicating effectively. Top applicants are detailoriented driven and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

  • Attending training programs to increase product knowledge and improve customer service abilities.
  • Resolving client inquiries by phone walkin mail fax and email.
  • Processing and recording incoming calls in the CRM system.
  • Identifying consumer requirements.
  • Inquiries are forwarded and escalated to the appropriate persons and departments.
  • Contacting consumers to provide accurate feedback on the status of their inquiry.
  • Providing excellent client service.
  • Update customer information as needed.
  • Maintaining the secrecy of information.
  • Taking on more responsibilities as needed.

Customer Support Associate Requirements:

  • High school diploma GED or an appropriate equivalent.
  • 1 years of customer service experience ideally in a related sector.
  • Successful completion of the offered training.
  • Proficient computer capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM is desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suites.
  • Excellent phone manners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of sitting at a workstation for lengthy periods of time.
