Job Summary
MapleCraft Engineers is currently looking for a Technical Support Representative 100% remote for our call center. The Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 7PM . Candidates must be willing to work a flexible 40hour work week.

What Youll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients contractors and field engineers requiring technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to engineering software internal applications and project management tools.
- Provide guidance on the installation operation and troubleshooting of proprietary MapleCraft software and hardware integrations.
- Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues solutions and troubleshooting steps in our knowledge base.
- Educate clients and team members on best practices for using MapleCrafts tools and systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback.
- Assist in training new team members on software troubleshooting and technical support processes.
- Participate in continuous learning and stay up to date with new technologies relevant to the civil engineering and IT sectors.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support help desk or call center environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively assist customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in IT systems including troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite cloudbased platforms and engineeringrelated software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patience and clarity in explanations.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
